Delivery & Shipping Policy
Milletary IS ALWAYS COMMITTED TO DELIVERING YOUR ORDER ACCURATELY, IN GOOD CONDITION, AND ALWAYS ON TIME
1. General Shipping Policy
1. We currently deliver all over India and other countries.
2. Orders placed before 12 noon on a Business day are aimed to be dispatched the same day.
3. Handling time is usually 2–3 working days from order receipt. In some cases, it may take up to 5 working days if we are waiting for supply from our vendors across India. If we cannot ship within 7 working days, the unshipped part of the order will be cancelled and refunded.*
4. We ship on all days.
5. We only ship through reputed courier agencies and transport companies.
6. Orders may be shipped separately due to product characteristics or availability.
7. Estimated courier delays: 2–3 days. Further delays may occur due to:
a. Unable to reach customer
b. Incorrect or unreachable phone number
c. Strikes
d. Natural calamities (earthquake, flood, drought, etc.)
e. Government department raids
f. Any transit mishap
8. Minimum order value: ₹500 for delivery. Below ₹500 must be picked up from our store directly.
9. Standard delivery charges apply.
10. Delivery charge is calculated based on weight and distance.
11. Milletary charges ₹70 for up to 1kg gross or volumetric weight.
12. Free delivery within first 5 km in Coimbatore for orders above ₹2000.
13. ₹5/km extra beyond 5 km, capped at ₹150 within Coimbatore Corporation limits.
14. For orders below ₹500: flat ₹100 for first 5 km, ₹150 beyond, within Coimbatore Corporation limits.
15. For locations beyond Coimbatore Corporation limits, rates vary.
16. Additional charges may apply if incorrect delivery address is given.
17. Milletary may run offers to waive delivery charges.
18. Deliveries may be delayed due to lockdowns or containment zones.
19. Containment/restricted areas will not be served. Such orders will be cancelled with a 25% cancellation charge.
20. Only serviceable pin codes via private couriers or Speed Post will be processed. Non-serviceable orders will be cancelled with a 25% cancellation charge.
21. If the product packaging is tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us at support@milletary.in with your order number for a replacement.
2. Bulk / Wholesale Purchases Outside Coimbatore Limits
a. Bulk parcels will be shipped to the nearest Courier/Parcel Service office based on the order's pin code.
b. Handling charges of ₹100–₹500 will apply from our warehouse to the Courier/Parcel office.
c. LR/Reference number will be provided.
d. Actual shipping cost is to be paid directly to the Courier/Parcel office upon pickup.
e. Milletary is not responsible for:
i. Parcel damage
ii. Product damage
iii. Delays
iv. Lost parcels
f. Milletary will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution for issues beyond our control.
3. Proof of Delivery
Goods must be signed for upon delivery. This signature will serve as proof of receipt. If you cannot be present, please authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbour. Milletary is not responsible for goods signed by an alternate recipient.
4. Shipping During Covid-19
We will do our best to deliver quickly, but due to lockdowns or containment zones, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience.
5. Safety Measures During Covid-19
• Staff follow sanitization, hygiene, and social distancing protocols at all times.
• Stores and warehouses are sanitized thrice daily.
• Reduced workforce to maintain distancing.
• Health checks for all employees.
• Strict hygiene during packing.
• Delivery partners sanitize vehicles, wear masks and gloves, and conduct health checks.
• OTP confirmation is required for prepaid orders to ensure contactless delivery.
